There's an app for that...
There are apps that can be downloaded for (mostly) eye movements on tablets. A few of these include:
EMDR Therapy
iEMDR
EMDR Elite
and more…check your app Store.
Manual BLS would be recommended above these, as they are not as good as the tools listed above. However, some clients may not feel comfortable sitting close enough for manual movements and this would be an option. This would also be a temporary option for anyone injured or in pain from manual movements needing to take a break or waiting for a different tool to arrive. Therapist’s bodies should stay safe too.
